A Day In the Life
By Pat Kennedy on Apr 5, 2006 in Real Estate
On a typical day, I drink my morning coffee at my computer, reading email and checking on new listings or price changes on old ones. Then I make calls and send emails to clients to figure out what they might want to get into. Then there’s some scooting around town to pick up my buyers and get into the good houses and condos with my magic door opener (on a really good day, we catch some poor seller totally indisposed). If they like what they see (I’m talking about the house, not the indisposed seller here), we run back to my office to churn out the paperwork. And at some point, I probably have a meeting with some new client who wants to buy or sell something. Then it’s more yakking on my cell phone, often weaving in and out of traffic - bla, bla, bla, bla, bla, bla.
And when I checked my email, I found this gift from a colleague’s 8-year old daughter. She drew it while at the office, during the interminable wait for her mom to finish up. Like, she totally gets it! Thank you, Bridie! (click on the image to make it larger)

Don’t know why, but my very favorite panel here is the Bla Bla Bla one. Hands down!
