We immediately "clicked". I hired her to sell our house in the District and to help us buy another. She was terrific! Honest, full of ideas, and fun! We rehabbed our new house and 7 years later sold again. Of course, my friend Cheryl, was our agent again. I would have no other. But besides benefiting from Cheryl's expertise, I also gained a true friend. When Cheryl spoke of her daughters, her face absolutely glowed! She always inquired about my 4 girls and was genuinely interested in their stories. "Genuine" is the word for Cheryl! She was the "real deal"! I shall miss her terribly. I will miss where our lives intersected as she was so charming and easy-going, you felt happy when she was around.
