I worked with Cheryl a handful of times and she was always a pleasure to work with - very personable and friendly! I enjoyed reading your words and will keep her friends and family in my thoughts...

Many years ago Cheryl and I met at an Open House she was holding. We immediately "clicked". I hired her to sell our house in the District and to help us buy another. She was terrific! Honest, full of ideas, and fun! We rehabbed our new house and 7 years later sold again. Of course, my friend Cheryl, was our agent again. I would have no other.
But besides benefiting from Cheryl's expertise, I also gained a true friend. When Cheryl spoke of her daughters, her face absolutely glowed! She always inquired about my 4 girls and was genuinely interested in their stories. "Genuine" is the word for Cheryl! She was the "real deal"! I shall miss her terribly.
I hope I haven't already missed the memorial service. I really want and need to be there!

Thanks Pat for writing so eloquently about Cheryl. Many of us only knew small facets about Cheryl's life as sidebars from our professional interactions. I will miss where our lives intersected as she was so charming and easy-going, you felt happy when she was around. I realize that there were great stories I didn't know and your comments and those of others just paint lovely details to what was a great picture.
