Who Is Jennifer@realestateclientreferrals.com?
I’ve gotten several emails a day for the past few days from Jennifer. Like is she my new best friend or something?
It looks like she wants to be! She wants to send me referrals. She wants to make me the Numero Uno agent in Columbia Heights County in the District of Columbia.
She wants to help me to climb that ladder of success!
But wait! DC has no counties! And there is no Columbia Heights County in Maryland or Virginia either!
And hey, if I do not act PRONTO, I will lose out to one of a bunch of other agents – Jennifer actually listed the names of my competitors … although I’d never heard of any of them. Of course, I’ve never heard of Columbia Heights County either.
So, Jen! I have no idea what your deal is. What do you charge for the leads? How does it work? And you know what, even if I did have to buy leads, and I don’t, why would I respond to someone who knows so little about my market that they actually think there are counties in our nation’s Capitol!
And are the buyers and sellers who sign up for your services, all allegedly pre-qualified, dumb enough to not pick up on these silly little details?

Thanks for information. It is always interesting to talk to people who can barely speak english and want you to pay them for business. Was reading information and find other people feel the same way.
They have a lead referral business that is about $1000 for the lowest priced package. $2000 and $10,000 are the other package prices. If you get the $2000 and $10,000 package they guarantee that you will get a closing or refund the unused portion of your leads package. They don’t state on their website what the cost per lead is in each package.
They do have some impressive Realtors listed under Testimonials such as Andrea Mobley, Broker, ABR, CRS, GRI; Mary Jo Sikora MBA, GRI, CNHS, ASP; and Beverly Hicks GRI, ABR, CRS; Elaine Ladwig, GRI, RECS but I have not verified these comments.

We have other packages aside from the ones that were listed on the site you may have seen. As per your question with how much referrals are, they are $99 each. But, with each package, you recieve additional referrals for free (the amount of free ones depends on the package you purchase). So, the actual cost per referral varies from $99 down to $50.
