"The Breakup" is coming to a theater near you.  It’s a romantic comedy starring Jennifer Anniston and Vince Vaughan playing an unmarried couple who bought a condo together without benefit of the advice found in Buying In Sin, my favorite chapter of my just completed (though still unnamed) book.   For a sneak preview and, if I say so myself, some very good advice, check it out!

Oh, yes!  The Book!

Most of my colleagues maintain that every real estate agent could write a book.  Well, I wrote one!  It’s about real estate.  And if you’re a colleague or an old client, you might be in it – although I decided to omit names and other identifying items that could embarrass anyone other than myself.

And thanks to an old friend and one of the world’s best PR guys, David Henderson, I have a publisher and it will soon find its way to the shelves in your local Barnes & Noble.  It just needs a name, and there are some very clever people working on that.

From time to time, I’ll include excerpts that I hope you’ll find funny and informative.
