Moving Day!

Today, a week and a day after the formal announcement of the merger of WC & AN Miller with Long & Foster, I moved into my new offices at Evers and Co

This time last week, my old office mate, Susan Rao, was telling me that "Change is good!"  Susan, you were right!

As I looked at the impressive list of benefits that Long & Foster offers its agents and spoke with other brokers, one option truely grabbed me.

Donna Evers, the President of Evers & Co. made a wonderful first impression.  It was like watching a totally seamless listing presentation done by very professional real estate agent.  Her written materials were amazing, and she went right to the heart of what was important to me in providing the best possible service to my clients.  I’ve not seen a company owner this obsessed with quality since I worked for Pardoe, and this morning, I cleaned out my old desk and transfered my license to Donna’s company.

It was sort of sad saying good by to some wonderful colleagues from Miller, especailly Nathan Carnes, my old manager.  And I got a huge lump in my throat when I met with Michael Saey to have him sign paperwork needed to complete the change.  But I am feeling very excited and energized sitting in my new offices looking toward Georgetown and Rock Creek Park.  Wow!
