OK, Sparky, this is supposed to be a serious real estate blog. Do that again, and I will change the password!

Every once in a while, I run across a house that makes me think, “Gee, this would be an amazingly fun house to list!” And last week, I met 1411 Kennedy Street NW and the amazing guys who – no they didn’t renovate the house – restored it to it’s 1914 glory days. I have a link to this listing now, and you can see for yourself (see “virtual home tours” on the right) . And next weekend, when we’re ready for prime time, you can come by the Open House and see for yourself.

This one is going to be fun, and sorry, Sparky, you can’t come with me to help with the Open. Their big furry kitty isn’t socialized to dogs.
