They Got Their House!

A couple of hours ago, the last "i" got dotted.  The last "t" got crossed, and yesterday’s buyers got a ratified contract on their first house.  They’re excited.  They’re nervous.  You know, all of the things that new buyers are supposed to be!

We still have to get through the home inspection (Friday morning) and the appraisal, and I think we’ll be fine with both.  They picked a house with nice sellers and a terrific listing agent.  They picked a loan officer who has a great reputation in the "Show Me The Money" area.  And they’re the types who make it fun for the people they’re working with. 

I’m really looking forward to helping them to the settlement table.
